How do I cancel my order?
You may contact us by e-mail or telephone.
If the order has not yet been cut and shipped it will be cancelled. We ship promptly after receipt of your order if items are in stock. However, if your order has been processed, then it can't be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To avoid this we encourage you to contact us with your questions prior to submitting your order.
How will you ship my order?
We ship USPS and use standard 2-5 day shipping. If you need your order sooner, let us know. If you'd like your package insured, just leave us a note indicating this in the comments box while ordering.
Do you charge shipping and handling fees?
Yes - the fee varies depending on the total amount of your order.
